THE FORTRESS PCP-3500 DUAL PRESSURE/TEMPERATURE/VIBRATION SENSOR is a six-channel sensor measuring intake pressure/temperature, discharge pressure/temperature and X & Y axis vibration. The FORTRESS PCP-3500 sensor is carrier mounted and can be run above the pump. This system provides the operator with the ability to increase production, extend performance and reduce total cost of operations.

Because the FORTRESS PCP-3500 sensor provides the operator with both intake and discharge pressure/temperature and vibration by real-time monitoring, the operator can protect the pump and reduce premature failures associated with pumping-off and burning up the expensive stator.

For increased reliability, two independent gauges are utilized in the FORTRESS PCP-3500. This assembly also helps prevent pump failures when intake or discharge pressures are outside the designed parameters.

Combined with GRC’s ADDN or SEMR surface equipment, the FORTRESS PCP-3500 sensor provides well bore pressure and temperature monitoring to minimize failure caused by changing fluid conditions. The FORTRESS PCP-3500’s pressure transducer and circuitry are also protected by our patented “metal-to-metal” seal for ruggedness and reliability.
