THE FORTRESS ESP-3500™ INTAKE PRESSURE/DISCHARGE PRESSURE SENSOR has been designed by GRC’s experienced engineering team to provide the operator with the utmost well optimization.

The sensor attaches directly onto the ESP motor and records pump intake pressure, pump discharge pressure, intake temperature, motor oil or motor winding temperature and vibration (X&Y Axis).

The FORTRESS ESP-3500 sensor, with its very rugged capacitive pressure transducer, is very accurate and reliable. With its historical reliability and proven incidences of reduced downtime and premature failures, the FORTRESS ESP-3500 run life proves it a superior sensor.

Bottom hole pressure and temperature data are transmitted to the surface through the motor power supply cable and received via the GRC SCOUT surface recorder. The FORTRESS ESP-3500 data is received, decoded and translated into pressure and temperature values, which are easily stored and displayed in the SCOUT 2200 and accessed by computer.
