THE FORTRESS ESP-2500™ SENSOR protects your valuable ESP system by monitoring intake pressure, temperature, motor temperature, and vibration. The FORTRESS ESP-2500 sensor is equipped with an RTD motor temperature sensor to record motor temperature winding.
The vibration feature measures both x and y axis and detects increasing vibration caused
by worn or damaged pump and motor components. This provides the operator with information to help protect the ESP system. A variety of heads are available to fit many different ESP motors. With its very rugged GRC capacitance transducer and reliable design, the
FORTRESS ESP-2500 can help to optimize production and reduce incidences of downtime and premature pump failure.
The circuitry and transducer are sealed at the factory for maintenance-free operation and high reliability. The FORTRESS ESP-2500 transmits pressure and temperature data to the surface through the motor power supply cable and to the GRC SCOUT Surface Recorder. The surface system can provide various options such as 4-20mA, RS-485 (modbus) and RS-232. The FORTRESS ESP-2500 is an excellent sensor to increase the life of the mechanical equipment.
